CAA joined the FIA-led One Road programme during the summer.
Cindy Plantaz, the FIA’s One Road Operation and Project Manager, has completed an exchange with the CAA Business Intelligence, Data, Loyalty, and Membership teams.
During Cindy’s exchange, she focused on capacity building around technology, reciprocity, and scaling up.
A member of the CAA team, Data and Analytics Lead Jenna Slute, participated in an exchange with One Road in April. As part of her exchange, she shared insights on using data and analytics to improve the efficacy of visualization and dashboarding.
The exchange is part of the FIA’s broader efforts to elevate One Road by promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration across its network.
Cindy said: “CAA has done incredible work around the retention and acquisition of members. It has been fantastic to learn from the team, and gain insights into the work they do, alongside other international organisations. One Road community have a hudge potential. I’m delighted to work on what will become a unique international membership program. I would like to thank all my CAA counterparts for sharing their learning and experiences with me.”
