FIA Launches Expression of Interest for Olympic Esports Partner

FIA News

The FIA has begun the process to identify and engage with a partner in game development to collaborate and develop a platform with the intention for racing to be included in the Olympic Esports Games taking place in the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia in 2025.

This is a unique opportunity for one or more racing game developers to collaborate with the international governing body of motor sport to create and adapt a compelling and top-tier racing title for use at the highest level of competition.

The precise terms of this selection process, together with the applicable selection criteria, deadlines, legal requirements and other conditions, will be communicated to candidates who have registered a formal expression of interest with the FIA’s Esports Department no later than 17:00 CET Friday 18 October 2024. Due to the short evaluation period, early respondents may receive the RFP sooner, however, all proposals will be evaluated fairly and in accordance with the same criteria to ensure an equitable process for all candidates.
