Aston Martin welcomes its largest group of undergraduates

The students will be based in the team’s state-of-the-art AMR Technology Campus in Silverstone, with the programme underlining Aston Martin’s investment in the future, nurturing an all-important talent pipeline to assist the team to achieve its goals, both on and off the track.

2024 has already seen 11 graduates join Aston Martin so far, bringing the total number of students beginning their careers with the team this year to an all-time high.

Sophie Ackland, Aston Martin’s Chief People Officer, said: “We are thrilled to be welcoming our latest intake of placement students to the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One Team. While the programme is still in its infancy, it’s incredibly positive that the number of students joining us has grown, and we’re seeing interest from diverse backgrounds and international talent.

“We enjoy seeing the enthusiasm they bring to the Technology Campus and their fresh perspective always adds value and helps achieve our goals on and off track.

“As we continue to make a mark by inspiring young people to pursue opportunities in motorsport and Formula 1, we hope the experience and guidance we offer will have lasting impact on their future careers.”
